1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the x402 Atlas early access waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your email address.

2. Service Features

2.1 Early Access Waitlist

x402 Atlas is currently in development. By joining our waitlist:

• You will be notified when the platform launches or when early access becomes available
• We may send you occasional updates about product development
• Early access is not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability and eligibility
• You may unsubscribe from communications at any time

2.2 Sign In with Google

Our Sign In feature allows you to authenticate using your Google account. By using Sign In with Google:

• You authorize us to collect OAuth data from your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy
• Your use is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• You can revoke access via your Google Account settings at any time
• Sign In is currently in beta testing and features may change

3. Service Description

x402 Atlas is an analytics and discovery platform for x402 protocol APIs on blockchain networks. The service will provide:

• Real-time analytics for x402 API transactions
• API discovery and competitive intelligence
• On-chain data verification and reputation scoring

Features and functionality are subject to change during development.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when signing up
• Account Security: Keep your Google account and authentication credentials secure
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Security Notification: Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of x402 Atlas, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by x402 Atlas and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 Beta Features Disclaimer

Important Notice: The Sign In with Google feature is currently in beta testing. Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or undergo significant changes. By using beta features, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Features may change or be removed without prior notice
• Data loss or corruption may occur (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent this)
• Performance and security are still being optimized (see Privacy Policy Section 7 regarding unencrypted OAuth tokens)
• You use beta features at your own risk
• We recommend not using beta features for critical or production-level purposes

6.2 General Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Blockchain data and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, x402 ATLAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our waitlist and future services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x402 Atlas operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
